Ron Rudat is well known for creating the first 120+ G.I.JOE: A Real American Hero figures released from 1982-1987. But did you know Ron returned to G.I.JOE in late-1992 to assist Kurt Groen with the development of “Out of This World?” This line of figures would ultimately be released as Star Brigade in 1994.
